Hello Ayushi
First evaluate your inclination. If you are logical opt for programming and do MCA as well. If you are creative then opt for Multimedia, Animation or Web Design. You may also do a course in Gaming, Elearning or Visual Effects. If you are analytical then opt for Networking and Hardware.

you can go for MCA after PGDCA and today there is good option also in animation field,

If you're creative, you may consider going for Design and Animation. However, you must first check if you're suited for Animation. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. It has ample opportunities for the creatively talented people. Opportunities lie in animation design, storyboarding
