I'm Planning for Masters ( CS ) in CANADA. But I have not taken IELTS till know. Although the deadlines of the good Universities are almost
near. So, I'm postponing my admission for SPRING 2013. My B.Tech aggregate is 69 % & I may try for 6.5 Bands in IELTS. By this profile can i get the top 20 universities of CANADA in SPRING 2013 admissions if i apply earlier ???
And is my decision of postponement is acceptable or not ???

Canada is one of the finest study destination to pursue masters in computer science and related fields, a masters degree offered by Canadian university is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged.
To pursue MS from Canada you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in gradua

Well yes your idea of postponement is right because most of the Universities are almost getting over with their intakes. I would suggest you to apply for IELTS at the earliest and also try and work harder in order to crack more than 7 bands as you are aiming for top universities.
