I'm planning to do chemical engg. in colleges in Bangalore via COMEDK, can I apply as a transfer student to US colleges as BS in chemistry?

Hello,
It's nice to know that you have a great aim. But unfortunately, one cannot leave a course midway to join a similar course midway abroad or even in India. You need to complete your engineering here and then go for MS abroad or you can go abroad even after finishing your 12th here.
