I'm planning to do MBA but now I came to know the MPM program which is equivalent to MBA-HR. can anyone tell me which is the good option?

If I joined MPM program then I can continue with my current work organization, I will not have to resign from the organization because shift timing and collage timings are not conflicting with each other. What should I do? Please help . Thank You advance .
