I'm planning to go abroad 4 my MBA(UK,US or Singapore).What are the requirements and procedure for that?

I'm doing B.Com from St.Xavier's college, Kolkata.My session ends by june 2013.I'm doing a honors course.I prefer doing MBA either in Finance or HR.How do i become eligible to apply in that field?I'm yet to give the competitive exams like SAT, IELTS etc.i want to know the procedure step by step.
