I'm planning to go for my post graduation in US. I'm confused whether to go for MS in Computer Science or a Business Program?

I need specific detail if Dual programs are available offering both (MS and MBA)? I also need guidance regarding the University. I have a year back during my B.E. degree (2nd). It does not contribute in making of the degree. Can I still get top notching Universities for my PG?
