I'm planning to take XAT 2018, the results are expected to be declared by January 31 but the registration of PGDM in TAPMI closes on Jan 16.

How do I register for the same? Do I have to register for PGDM at TAPMI without XAT marks?

You can still apply using XAT Id before 16 January and update the scores once results are announced.

You have to register and pay the application fee for TAPMI before the XAT results, it's tactic used by B-Schools to earn money by application process. As everyone will apply to a college according to his percentile and cutoff so they will not be able to get such huge amount through application.
