A lot of information is available online. Infact it is better to gather whatever information is available online. If you are really interested in visiting institute, meet students, faculty and staff. They will give you more insightful information.

The process is very simple. If you are visiting NIT-K to collect the information regarding MBA admissions then you can contact the academic section of NIT-K that is on the first floor of NIT-K main building and other than that you can meet the HOS also just by reaching to the department of management just 120 meters from the main building of NIT-K and meeting with HOD is not a tough job when you come to NIT-K. If you just want to collect the admission information then you can get your work done just in the academic section.
All the best and welcome to NIT-K.

Hello, the official notification is out on the website. If you wish to visit kindly come to the school of management and meet in the office before meeting the HOD in person.
