I'm planning to write GRE in august 2011 for adm in fall 2012. My b.tech grade s 9.5/10,12th -84%. Is it the right time or do i give it b4?
Also do let me know with the b.tech cgpa and 12 th marks , what chance do i stand for getting into a good college with scholarship? whats the minimum marks that i should score in GRE that'll aid me in this. Please suggest some good univ for MS in communication.

US is one of the finest study destination to pursue Masters studies, there are many good universities in US which offers MS in various fields like:
Computer engineering.
Electrical engineering.
Mechanical engineering and many more fields.

Your marks of 12th and B.Tech are good. Try Stanford, MIT, Berkeley universities of USA with GRE score above 1350 and TOEFL score above 95. My suggestion is to appear for GRE/TOEFL is by April.
