I'm pranav completed my B.tech Bioinformatics this yr with 70%,placed in an IT company but planning to go for my MS in US,is it worth doin?

Hello There, i'm reallly confused to choose upon , whether to stay back in bioinformatics field or shift to computer science. If i want to stick back to bioinformatics what kindof step gaurantees me a bright future.My other option is to join an IT firm and go for MS in US after an yr. Which step is?
