i m presently pursuing engg 4th year. out of curiosity, isn't there any course related to sports??

i am at a crossroads of what to do in future. But i am interested in sports( particularly soccer) . I would like to know is there any mba courses specialising in sports management. I havent given any entrance exams as of now.
