I'm pursuing B.Tech 3rd year with 7.55 CGPA in ECE & want to do Masters from a tier-1/tier-2 university mostly in tier-1. How can I do it?
For this to happen, what are the major requirements from my side so that I can bring the best in me? Also, please suggest me the tier-1 and 2 colleges in both US and Canada.

Target GATE exam or other colleges exam like IIIT hyderabad PGEE
