Hi Abhishek,
Pursuing Masters in Mechanical from Germany would be a good option as the country is known for its Technical advancements and also education in Germany is government funded so there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimum fee ranging from Euro 140-500.

In order to pursue MS from universities in US, Canada and Germany you need to have:
16 years of education, with good academic background throughout, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from from Recognized university.
GRE score of 1100-1200 plus.
TOEFL score of 80-9
