i'm pursuing b-tech with electronics in major and i would like to pursue m-tech in the u.k..so can anyone tell me about this scope?

Hi Saptarishi, in addition to what Arun mishra said, I would like to add that Electronics has a very good scope in future in India and abroad. It s a never dying field.
Mtech may not be offered, it is mainly a MS that is offered. Universities offering the course are : Kent Univ, Nottingham Trent U

Most of people do MTech or MS for either (1) to become professor i.e. teaching job or (2) Resaerch job i.e. to become scientist in Govt or Pvt organizations / industries. You will have similar scope.
