i m pursuing bca and now i want to do mca by distance learning please tell me that ignou is the best for mca or ptu .i m very confused

If u wish u start working somewhere and do MCA simultaneously with ur working from IGNOU. Before starting career in software industry i would like to ask u r u very much confidant on any of the programming language. Can u independently handle any language? If ur ans comes yes then only think for sof
