i m pursuing BSc biotech 3rd year . i want to go for msc but in a specific field , please suggest me in which field msc will be better

i want to go in research field but have to undergo MSc first,I want to do MSc but not with biotechnology,want to do MSc in specific field like microbiology, nutrition etc .can i do Msc in specific field and which field will be better and from where i can do the suggest course
