I'm pursuing full-time MBA. Which universities will allow me to do M.Sc Applied Psychology in distance?

I have tried to apply to Annamalai Open University and they said I cannot pursue two degrees at the same time irrespective of the mode.

You can't do two degree courses, According to Indian education act-1959 you cannot pursue two degrees simultaneously, because it causes extra burden on students. But, you can do certification courses.

Supreme Court cannot approve degrees, it is the responsibility of UGC to approve them. Supreme Court had asked UGC to look into the possibility of dual degrees, after petitions were filed by various students.
