I am pursuing final year BBA.I want to join mass commun for masters. How can i judge if I have the potential to become a successful broadcaster or journalist ?What does the market (or company)require a fresh journalist to be good at and how can it be achieved?diploma or masters which will be better?

One can always be interested in something but never be able to say if he/she is good before hand. Interest is necessary but not enough. It's only hard work that pays. Masters degree will always be better than Diploma, It leaves scope for higher studies.

You can join a course in Mass Communication and Journalism. If you do well there are good companies to pick you. All the best.
