Yes, you are eligible to take LEET.

Yes, you can pursue in B.Tech in any college. But, for DTU, you have to require minimum 1 year field of experience.

Yes if you are enrolled in a valid diploma program of 3 years, then you are eligible to appear in the leet exam. previous year leet related information of DTU can be found at the site below http://www.dtu.ac.in/Web/Admission/b.tech(LE).php
