There is going to be no problem. If you were consistently getting backlogs, then it is an area of concern. You can always fake the reasons of getting backlogs like family troubles, sickness, etc. If you score exceptionally well in the GRE(above 1400 atleast), the universities would understand that

There is no problem even if your BTech duration gets more than 4 years. You can write GRE. Depending on your score in GRE you will get colleges / universities abroad.
