You have two options.
One is commerce field and Second is IT field.
Choose sector acc. to your interest.If you are interested in comm. field you can choose m.Com./ MBA.
If you are interested in IT field then choose MCA. You are pursuing .NET. and it will give you benefit after MCA. Most of th
