Hi Rajeev, in my opinion you should apply for MS in Management or International Business. If your job profile includes supervisory responsibilities and you served these for at least 3 yrs then you can apply for MBA as well. A GMAT would be advisable along with IELTS. With 3 yrs supervisory experienc
