Hi Saket,
You need to opt for the subjects within the list of Optional subjects provided by UPSC, which is available on their site, and as far as my knowledge goes electronics is not in the list. For more information please check the link below:

Hi Saket.
You must be a graduate and age minimum 21yrs for writing the UPSC exams. You have the optional to take any subject of your choice because it will be easy for you.
