It is a matter of the availability of a seat in a good college adjacent to your place.There are no other problems.

for B.Com You must have +2 with commerce or science so you are not eligible

You will not be able to move to BCom since now you are in SYBMM already. You cannot change from Arts to Commerce, reverse is possible.
