First I will advice you to check your AIR of JEE with last 3-year cut-off of all the leading institute participated in JoSSA counseling that is quite helpful in decision making. You can clearly see there which branch you can get in Different institute according to cutoff. It is expected that +500/-500 Rank can be a shift in the cutoff.
