I'm scoring 148-152 marks in JEE MAIN held on 8th of April, 2019. Will i get CSE at NIT PATNA including home state quota and OBC-NCL?

See getting the CSE branch in this college at this rank and score might not be possible but you should try to get any of the branch in this college and after that you can opt for internal upgrading of the branch.
