neeraj gupta is right, you have to prepare now you are in minimum age criteria but dont appear for at least two year as you are working and dont have enough time to prepare for civils regularly.

you can prepare for IAS exam , you will have to prepare now for IAS exam , you can start study of general study book , if you want other information then tell me about IAS exam
