Dear Shivani, For admission to MBA Full Time Programme at FMS, candidates have to apply for the programme and take CAT (Common Admission Test) conducted by IIMs. Based on the cat score and the category, candidate will be shortlisted for Interview round. The final selection criteria will have weightage for the CAT score, extempore speech and Personal Interview.

Hello Shivani, In order to get admission into FMS, Delhi, you will first have to give CAT exam. For Indian Nationals, admission to two-year-full-time MBA program is based on your CAT score. After which, a shortlist is prepared and the students are called for Extempore and Personal Interview. A merit list is prepared on the basis of which final admissions are offered to the students. With the changing pattern of CAT, FMS has slightly changed its criteria. But no need to worry, first stage shortlist will only be based on CAT. FMS Delhi will award the highest weightage of 40% to VARC section in its shortlisting criteria for MBA 2016-18 batch while the other 2 sections on Quant and DILR will have an equal weightage of 30%. In the final selection process, female candidates will be awarded 3% extra marks to promote gender diversity.
