I'm student of ME (final year) but I'm also interested in cinematography and photography. What should I do in abroad after B.Tech?

Hi, You can always follow your passion. If you feel confident of growth in the areas of cinematography and photography you can consider doing some full-time programs in these areas. There are many media people with engineering backgrounds. Just, for admissions, you have to convince the universities.
