I'm studying b tech and i got detained twice due to lack of attendance because of ill health. What should i do now?

I had shortage of attendance both times due to ill health. I have always wanted to complete btech and then do ms in US. Is this still possible for me now? I still want to try for it but i want to know if it's worth trying. Plz give me some suggestions.

If you are detained because of ill health and the doctors have asked you to stay put at home then the college will accept the medical certificate. Did you skip any two internals successively? Did you give all practical exams? By the way you are in which year, which branch and which sem? Plz be caref
