I'm studying BA general at IGNOU. Can I change my university from IGNOU to NSOU after completing 1-year syllabus?

    Hi Himanshu,
    You can switch to NSOU, but you will have to start from the beginning, i.e., 1st year. You cannot continue from 2nd year.
