I'm studying in 12th science and basically, I want a job of upto 10 to 15 lacs/annum. Which field and path will be better?

Field and path are not decided like this, it is a matter of your interest, and you think of a job of INR. 10 lacs - INR. 15 lacs annual package, then it is not an easy task, you should have such skills and technical aspects required. Whatever field you decide as per your opinion can have such package, if you are really enthusiastic and courageous towards that. So, you need to define the internal talent you have.
