I'm studying in 12th science & I am a handicap student but I can drive cars & bikes now I decided to go for aeronautical. Can I be a pilot?

Hello, Commercial pilot training medical standards won't accept that. You shall not be able to purse that course. But, don't get disheartened you can still enter into the Aviation industry for other job roles, mainly ground jobs. All the best.

Yes, you can be a pilot bt before that you need to complete your class 1 and class 2 medicals. If you are not physically adjourned to the criteria of the DGCA on medicals, I am sorry to say you cannot take this up as a career.
