I'm studying in an agriculture college which has other approvals but not approved by ICAR. Can I write PSC and government exams?

Ideally one should study in an ICAR recognized college, if studying agriculture. ICAR & UGC are two different apex institutions. UGC has role in traditional education while ICAR has it in Agriculture Education. You cannot get government job if they mentioned ICAR affiliated universities only. But, you can get a job where they demand only graduate and with no special condition of ICAR recognition.
