I'm studying in CSVTU University. How much aggregate is good for companies during placement: 65% above or 70% and above?

I would recommend you to keep minimum percentage at 65% and aim for more as top companies like Adobe, Samsung, etc. Even ask for 75% as aggregate.

Okay. What about top software companies? Do they want more than 75% too?
