I m studying in SE(EXTC). Why do companies offer software jobs to Electronics and Telecom students?
Sir,
I m studying in SE(EXTC).
I have heard through campus placements companies(eg. TCS) offer software jobs in & not related to my stream.
Please help me know more.

Very nice question u have asked Bhushan. Actually generally Engineering Colleges wants volume placement records for their Institutions. In that case TCS generally takes fresh students from various Engineering Colleges to make a head count for the International companies to grab the project from the
