I'm studying in the 1st-year of B. Pharmacy in Batu University, can I change my university in the 2nd-year?

You will have to check for the same from you college and the college where you wish to apply. In certain universities it is possible to switch to different colleges for the same course but I am not sure about switch between Universities. You can rather choose to opt out of this course and take fresh
