Hi,
To get admission in the best college like BITS, NIT, IIT, VIT, etc., you need to appear for their national level entrance exams. It is not easy to get admission in these college. You need to do hard work and have all your basic concepts cleared.
You can join any coaching, which will guide you about the paper pattern, solving tricks and all other exams related topics. So, from now onwards you must start preparing and get admission to the best engineering college. -

You are still in class 10th. You must aim for IIT to pursue engineering. No one can beat IIT for value, best facilities, good placement and alumni.
