I'm studying inter 2nd year I have failed in 2 subjects, now I want to change my college, is it possible now?

    Yes, you can do that depending upon the other college willing to offer admission in 2nd year. Yes'. Backlogs are accepted in almost every country. Nevertheless, there is always a limited number of backlogs that are accepted in every region. Its is possible to change colleges as per college guidelines you are applying to.
