can i admit in govt. or pvt. college..

What does the word 'gress' mean in your question? I couldn't find that word in the dictionary.

if u wanna be engineer u can easily apply for courses as our government has decided a least % marks as eligibility.
But at the time of placement and job u gonna face some problems due to low % in any classes mostly 10th,12th and graduation because they also required 60+ marks in these

If you scored 45% in intermediate or 12 pass they are elgible for engineering course.

Tarun if you want to be an engineer you need to improve academically and pay special attention to PCM subjects and also try to improve your analytical ability.
