I mean B.Tech or degree which will best and easy way if I take B.Tech which stream will be most helpful to crack civil easily or which stream will be good In degree or is B.A. LL.B.A good stream of graduation to crack civil.

Either you can go for engineering or if you want a course that will help you to prepare for IAS then opt for B.A. Economics, sociology or political Science.
