I have been on it for some time now and I'm still unable to get past the first stage please help me out.

Hi, for your query I would suggest you to visit the site and fill the form again. And once you are through with the first section you need to submit the details to come to the next level of filling up the form. If in case, the problem still persists then I would suggest you to contact the institute
