sir i have to do marine engineering,so how much % i have to take in 12 standard i have there O.B.C also

you need to have a engineering degree , but degree is not enough you also have good knowledge in your relevant subject , like in any programming language and try for make mastery in any programming languages . this is main point for you like dot net , java , PHP or any other whatever you like
