I'm very keen on physics and want to do research in quantum mechanics. Which is the best programme I should do after 12th?

I'm in 12th (PCM). I've planned to do B.Sc followed by M.Sc & Ph.D but I wonder if there any other way to do the same because I don't want to carry on chemistry anymore & if I follow my plan then I'll have to face chemistry in B.Sc.

    Hi, not necessarily.
Nowadays, once also opt for computer Science instead of chemistry. So, your subjects will be Physics, Maths and Computer Science with physics major. Alternate options can be there too depending on the college. But if you want to pursue research studies in this field then B.Sc/M.Sc and Ph.D. is the only way.
