The best way to learn English is building up vocabulary by regularly reading dictionary and English Newspapers/ Magazines.

There are no short-cuts you know.The language improves with usage.Speak it and write it as much as possible and you find yourself improving steadily.It is like any other skill.So,practice counts maximum.
