Yes you can definitely go ahead with B.A English Honors which is a fairly flexible course and offers various diverse careers such as-
1. Management careers - Marketing, Human Resources etc
2. Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, Corporate Communications
3. Media careers like Advertis

Yes you can persue English literature and if you can combine it with other subjects of your choice from the humanities stream you can aim for clearing state PSC or UPSC exam.
