If you have interest towards the course, then you can take it. Though if it is difficult, if you have interest then you can surely learn them. ECE involves concepts from Physics like the semiconductors, transistors, radio waves, sonar etc. So it is important to know the basics of such concepts and to have the ability to grasp them well, in order to choose ECE. -
