I'm willing to do E-PGDM from alliance. Which specialisation should I go for between HR and operations?

Dear rajan rai. if you already employed. better go for operations that would help you out for career enhancement.

first understand difference between HR and Operation. if you want to make career in HR, then opt for HR also check your aptitude test. you may take freely available MBTI or 16 personality test. you may pay for Harrison Assessment test which cost You around 1000 rs but give y
