i m workin in tcs and planning for mba.i don hav gud communication and self-confidence,i m confused wat2do,whether 2 continue job or do mba

i m from b.e. telecommunication branch and hav good analytical ability.i think even after getting in good mba college i would not get good package(lack of self-confidence) .pls suggest me wat to do,continue wid my job or go for mba.
