i m workin in tcs and planning for mba.i don hav gud communication and self-confidence,i m confused wat2do,whether 2 continue job or do mba
i m from b.e. telecommunication branch and hav good analytical ability.i think even after getting in good mba college i would not get good package(lack of self-confidence) .pls suggest me wat to do,continue wid my job or go for mba.

Better u improve ur technical ability with ur job through weekend batch for some international certification as per ur area of interest.

don't leave your job.try for distance MBA & also along with that took admission in any language development center.even also by staying home you can develop your communication skill.just communicate with other people through email or chat.it may be help even by the softwares available in the market
